The issue has been identified, confirmed by Facebook and a suggested workaround is currently implemented. See https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/430301947696157/ for more information on this.

Until then, we advise to reduce Video size as much as possible or use the Facebook built-in uploading mechanisms!
